Simina is an attorney holding advanced academic credentials from Harvard University and the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she completed graduate-level legal studies with top academic distinction. As a law professor, she has taught legal strategy & reasoning, contracts and other courses, working closely with students and professionals to examine how legal thinking is developed and applied.

At the beginning of her career, she worked with a global law firm focusing on high-stakes litigation matters and, subsequently, she continued practicing in the areas of contract, business and corporate law. She has advised businesses at various stages on compliance, corporate structure and regulatory matters, and has worked on complex transactions involving agreements, expansion and international operations. Her litigation practice includes discovery in complex and various other cases, negotiating settlements involving federal regulatory issues and other business disputes. She has worked with both domestic and international matters, navigating federal regulations, contractual structures and high-stakes decision-making across a range of industries.
